Video calls with Zoom and Google Meet
Every appointment booked in your Ekuantum panel can come with its own video call, without you creating it by hand.
What it does
- Every appointment booked in the panel creates its own Zoom or Google Meet meeting.
- The join link goes in the confirmation email and in the reminders.
- If the appointment is rescheduled, the meeting is updated. If it is cancelled, the meeting is deleted.
How to add it
- In your panel, go to Settings › Video calls.
- Click Connect Zoom (or Connect Google) and accept the permissions on the Zoom or Google screen.
- On each calendar, choose Video call: Zoom, Meet or Fixed link.
How to remove it
- In your panel: Settings › Video calls › Disconnect.
- Or from Zoom: Manage › Added Apps › Remove. From Google: remove Ekuantum in your Google account permissions.
- When it is removed we delete the access tokens. Your appointments stay in your panel, but no new meetings are created.
What data we use
- Only what is needed to create, update and delete the meetings for your appointments, and your basic profile (name and email) to show which account is connected.
- We do not read your meetings' recordings, chat or participants.
