What is an AI Employee?
A digital worker that handles your customers on WhatsApp and by phone 24/7, qualifies your leads, books meetings, updates your CRM, sends documents and alerts your team when needed. It's not a chatbot: we design it to fill a specific role in your company and it works like one more member of your team.
How is it different from a normal chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. An AI Employee works: it combines WhatsApp, voice calls, CRM, calendar, document sending and human hand-off in a single conversation. It's built to get results, not just to reply.
How much does it cost?
The AI Employee is €3,000 plus €100/month maintenance from the first month. If you also want our CRM, it comes to €1,190 with €29/month. All prices are without VAT. We also have add-on modules (Instagram, LinkedIn, content generation, dossiers…) with a discount when you take the pack.
Are there additional costs?
Yes, and we tell you clearly: the AI tokens and the voice service are paid per use from your own account, and the voice number costs a few euros a month. WhatsApp is free if you have an AI Employee.
Do the prices include VAT?
Our prices are without VAT. We're a European company based in Estonia: if you're an EU business with an intra-community VAT number, it's invoiced at 0% (you self-account for VAT in your country). Outside the EU, no VAT.
What languages does it handle?
Each customer's own language. It detects the language and replies in it, and can even switch mid-conversation. Spanish, English and many more, with no need to create a separate agent per language.
Can it be personalized to match my brand?
Completely. You choose its name, photo or avatar, voice, tone and personality. If you have a corporate image, we use it; if not, we create a hyper-realistic avatar aligned with your brand. It doesn't look like a chatbot: it looks like a member of your team.
Can I train it with my company's information?
Yes, that's exactly what we do. It learns from your manuals, catalogs, pricing, FAQs, your website, your procedures and more. There's no document limit: what matters is the quality of useful knowledge.
Will it replace my team?
That's not the idea. We believe in people + AI. The AI Employee handles repetitive tasks so your team can focus on what really adds value. On important sales, a person still does the closing.
Can it make calls, not just receive them?
Yes. It answers incoming calls with a human voice and also makes outbound calls: follow-ups, confirmations, contact recovery and sales.
How long does it take to go live?
As a reference, around 3 to 5 weeks, a bit more if you add modules. It's not a fixed deadline because it depends on your case; we confirm a specific timeframe in the first meeting.
Who owns the accounts and the data?
You do. The business always belongs to the client: the WhatsApp number, the CRM, the calendars, the domains and all your information are yours. If one day you decide to leave, you take your data and your accounts with no obstacles.
Do I have to change my CRM?
We deliver the system on GoHighLevel. If you already use it, we connect it. Other integrations are assessed case by case.
What if the AI Employee gives a wrong answer?
It's supervised, corrected and won't make the same mistake again. Plus, we decide precisely what it can answer on its own and what it must pass to a person.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Yes. We handle data in accordance with GDPR and, on recorded voice calls, we notify that the call is being recorded.
What availability does it have?
It replies in seconds, every day of the year. We don't guarantee an absolute 100% because part of the service depends on external providers, but we do guarantee our commitment, transparency and speed in resolving any incident.
What is support like?
By email, WhatsApp and a ticket system, so every case is logged and gets the best technical follow-up.
I have a restaurant, do you have something for me?
Yes: PlatoPilot, our AI Employee for restaurants, which manages WhatsApp orders, reservations, menu and customer service.
I want a mobile app, can you help?
