Integration

Salesforce still calls the shots. The AI executes.

When a company runs Salesforce, Salesforce is the source of truth. Our layer works underneath it, never on top.

What Salesforce is

Salesforce is the corporate CRM par excellence. When an organization has implemented it, there are usually years of configuration behind it, processes built on top and trained teams. It's the source of truth for commercial data, and any proposal that starts by moving it elsewhere is doomed.

WHAT IT EXPOSES

One of the best-documented systems

It's one of the best-documented systems out there. Full REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks to react to changes in real time, and sandbox environments to validate the integration before touching production. Technically there are no excuses: what needs care isn't the connection, it's respecting the existing data model.

AUTOMATION

What can be automated on top

Synchronization is bidirectional. The AI reads contacts, opportunities and statuses, and writes back every interaction, every qualification and every appointment, without duplicating records and respecting whatever permissions are already defined. Underneath, an operational execution layer runs on WhatsApp, voice and calendar, which is where the actual conversation happens.

The result is that the sales team keeps looking at Salesforce, with the difference that the records now arrive already worked.

PLAN B

And if there's no API

That's not the case here: the risk isn't technical, it's governance. Before writing a single line, we agree which fields the integration touches, with which user and under which limits. In large organizations, that conversation with whoever owns the CRM is worth more than the development itself.

AN ORDINARY DAY

From web form to meeting with context

A request comes in through the website mid-afternoon. The AI handles it, asks three questions and detects it fits the profile that matters. It creates the contact in Salesforce if it didn't exist, or enriches it if it did, logs the full conversation, books the meeting and notifies the assigned rep.

When that rep opens Salesforce in the morning, they don't see a cold lead with a name and a phone number. They see a meeting already on the calendar and the context for why it's worth their time.

WHAT WE KEEP AND WHAT WE ADD

Nothing gets replaced. It gets completed.

Still Salesforce's

The objects and their data model, permissions and profiles, reports and dashboards, internal processes and data integrity, which is non-negotiable.

What we add

Immediate attention at any hour over WhatsApp, phone and email. Conversational qualification before anyone on the team spends time on it. Direct booking. Systematic follow-up on every open opportunity. And outbound reactivation calls, which no CRM makes on its own.
