Before you think it
Do you work with businesses in Seville?
Yes. Kira is built for your business in Seville: your area, your hours, your language and your way of speaking. Set-up, training and support are online, by video call; we don't need to visit your premises and you don't need to visit ours.
Does it give diagnoses or veterinary advice?
No. It collects the symptoms, detects what you flag as urgent and books. What it says meanwhile is only what you've set. The diagnosis is yours.
What does it do with a night-time emergency?
If what they describe matches your emergency criteria, it gives the number of your out-of-hours service or the hospital you indicate and alerts you. If not, it gives them the first slot the next day.
What if it says something silly to a customer?
It only answers with what is in your knowledge base — your services, your prices, your way of speaking. What it doesn't know, it asks or hands to a person. And every conversation is in your panel.
