Before you think it
Do you work with businesses in Lima?
Yes. Kira is built for your business in Lima: your area, your hours, your language and your way of speaking. Set-up, training and support are online, by video call; we don't need to visit your premises and you don't need to visit ours.
Does it do therapy or give advice?
No. Kira informs, books and reminds. She doesn't listen to the case, doesn't assess or advise. Everything that isn't that goes to you.
What does it do if someone is at risk?
If someone expresses risk to themselves or others, it immediately gives the emergency helpline and 112, following the protocol you set, and alerts you at once. It never tries to handle it alone.
What about health data?
Kira works with the minimum data to book and stores no clinical information. We sign a data processing agreement listing the providers; anything clinical stays in your system.
How long until it's working?
Three to five weeks from kick-off. The first week is the one that needs you most: your services, your prices, your questions.
What if I want to stop?
