What is Kiro?
Kiro · Cognitive Agent logs into your suppliers' and providers' portals with a username and password, the way a person would: it downloads invoices and files, fills in forms and registers records. It's used where no connection to the system is possible. It requires KOR Premium, and the final sign-off is always given by a person.
What if it says something silly to a customer?
Kira only answers with what's in your knowledge base; what she doesn't know, she asks or hands to a person. And every conversation is recorded in the panel: you see everything.
Will my customers know they're talking to an AI?
She introduces herself by name and as your assistant. She doesn't fool anyone: if someone asks, she says so. Most don't ask, because what they want is an answer.
What about my data and my customers' data?
We sign a data processing agreement with you, listing every provider involved and what each does. Your knowledge base is yours and is never used to train any model. And everything Kira does is logged in your panel.
