Before you think it
Do you work with businesses in Mexico City?
Yes. Kira is built for your business in Mexico City: your area, your hours, your language and your way of speaking. Set-up, training and support are online, by video call; we don't need to visit your premises and you don't need to visit ours.
Does it work with my membership management software?
With the API connector, Kira checks attendance, fees and bookings in your software; each one is assessed. Without it, she works with EKONE CRM and its class diary.
Is it useful for a personal trainer or a small studio?
Yes, if you lose enquiries for not answering in time or have cancellations you don't see coming. If your diary is already full with no cancellations, we'll tell you in the consultation.
What if it says something silly to a customer?
It only answers with what is in your knowledge base — your services, your prices, your way of speaking. What it doesn't know, it asks or hands to a person. And every conversation is in your panel.
Will my customers know they are talking to an AI?
