Before you think it
Do you work with businesses in Zurich?
Yes. Kira is built for your business in Zurich: your area, your hours, your language and your way of speaking. Set-up, training and support are online, by video call; we don't need to visit your premises and you don't need to visit ours.
Does it work with my campus or my management software?
With the API connector, Kira checks enrolments, payments and attendance in your platform during the conversation; each one is assessed. Without it, she works with EKONE CRM, where every lead and every enrolment is recorded.
Can it take the enrolment payment?
It sends your gateway's payment link and confirms when it comes in. Kira doesn't touch the money.
What if it says something silly to a customer?
It only answers with what is in your knowledge base — your services, your prices, your way of speaking. What it doesn't know, it asks or hands to a person. And every conversation is in your panel.
Will my customers know they are talking to an AI?
It introduces itself by name and as your assistant. It doesn't fool anyone: if they ask, it says so. What people writing out of hours want is an answer.
What about my data and my customers' data?
