Before you think it
Do you work with businesses in Lima?
Yes. Kira is built for your business in Lima: your area, your hours, your language and your way of speaking. Set-up, training and support are online, by video call; we don't need to visit your premises and you don't need to visit ours.
Does it answer on Instagram?
Yes, with the AI Agent · Instagram module (optional): DMs and comments with the same brain as your WhatsApp. Without it, it handles WhatsApp, phone, email and web, where most bookings end up anyway.
Will it talk to my clients like a robot?
It talks like you: you give it your way of writing, your emojis, what you call each treatment. And it introduces itself by name, as your assistant. If they ask, it doesn't fool anyone.
Does it work with my calendar?
With the connector, Kira reads and writes in the calendar you already use; each system is assessed. Without it, she books in a calendar shared with reception, confirms and reminds just the same.
Does it take payment for packages?
It can leave the package reserved or send the payment link, as you prefer. Payment goes through your gateway; Kira doesn't touch the money.
