Before you think it
Do you work with businesses in Buenos Aires?
Yes. Kira is built for your business in Buenos Aires: your area, your hours, your language and your way of speaking. Set-up, training and support are online, by video call, so it doesn't matter where you are.
What do I need to prepare for the demo?
Your website or a price list, and the two or three questions you get asked most. With that, Sam prepares Kira before the call. If you have nothing written down, we work it out on the call itself.
Is the demo a sales call?
It's 30 minutes to see Kira with your business. You leave knowing whether it fits and how long it would take. If it doesn't fit, we'll be the ones to tell you.
What if it says something silly to a customer?
Kira only answers with what's in your knowledge base; what she doesn't know, she asks or hands to a person. And every conversation is recorded in the panel: you see everything.
Will my customers know they're talking to an AI?
She introduces herself by name and as your assistant. She doesn't fool anyone: if someone asks, she says so. Most don't ask, because what they want is an answer.
What about my data and my customers' data?
We sign a data processing agreement with you, listing every provider involved and what each does. Your knowledge base is yours and is never used to train any model. And everything Kira does is logged in your panel.
How long until it's working?

I started in 1996 building websites when you had to explain what the internet was. In 2017 I got into artificial intelligence, five years before ChatGPT existed and when saying «AI» in a meeting guaranteed odd looks. Today Kira is taking work off a lot of clients — brokerages, clinics, energy companies, estate agents — who no longer answer WhatsApps at eleven at night, and she's run my own company for a long time.
