Before you think it
Do you work with businesses in New York?
Yes. Kira is built for your business in New York: your area, your hours, your language and your way of speaking. Set-up, training and support are online, by video call; we don't need to visit your premises and you don't need to visit ours.
Does it work with my clinic management software?
With the API connector, Kira reads and writes the calendar and checks the record in your system during the conversation; each one is assessed. Without it, it still works: answers, books in a calendar shared with reception, confirms and reminds.
Does it give diagnoses or medical advice?
No. It informs about treatments, prices, duration and preparation with what you give it, and passes anything clinical to the practitioner. It never invents a medical answer.
What if it says something silly to a customer?
It only answers with what is in your knowledge base — your services, your prices, your way of speaking. What it doesn't know, it asks or hands to a person. And every conversation is in your panel.
Will my customers know they are talking to an AI?
