Do you work with businesses in Mexico City?
Yes. Kira is built for your business in Mexico City: your area, your hours, your language and your way of speaking. Set-up, training and support are online, by video call; we don't need to visit your premises and you don't need to visit ours.
Does it work with my driving school software?
With the API connector, Kira checks learners, lessons and payments in your software; each one is assessed. Without it, she works with the diary and files in EKONE CRM.
Does it answer on Instagram?
Yes, with the AI Agent · Instagram module (optional). Without it, it handles WhatsApp, phone, email and web.
What if it says something silly to a customer?
It only answers with what is in your knowledge base — your services, your prices, your way of speaking. What it doesn't know, it asks or hands to a person. And every conversation is in your panel.
Will my customers know they are talking to an AI?
It introduces itself by name and as your assistant. It doesn't fool anyone: if they ask, it says so. What people writing out of hours want is an answer.
