The project starts on the day we agree; the €100/month starts the following month.
€2,997 AI Employee + €1,190 EKONE CRM. The monthly fee is €100 of maintenance, not charged the first month, and €29 for the CRM platform, activated on kick-off day along with the other providers. Prices excl. VAT (Emporio Kuantum OÜ, Estonia).

WHAT EVERYONE ASKS
Before you think it
Do you work with businesses in Amsterdam?
Yes. Kira is built for your business in Amsterdam: your area, your hours, your language and your way of speaking. Set-up, training and support are online, by video call; we don't need to visit your premises and you don't need to visit ours.
Does it give project or build prices?
Only what you give it (for example, guide fees by type of project). Build quotes and technical solutions are yours.
What if it says something silly to a customer?
It only answers with what is in your knowledge base — your services, your prices, your way of speaking. What it doesn't know, it asks or hands to a person. And every conversation is in your panel.
Will my customers know they are talking to an AI?
It introduces itself by name and as your assistant. It doesn't fool anyone: if they ask, it says so. What people writing out of hours want is an answer.
What about my data and my customers' data?
We sign a data processing agreement with you, listing every provider involved and what each one does. Your knowledge base and your customer list are yours and are never used to train any model.
How long until it's working?

What if I want to stop?

WHO'S BEHIND IT
I started in 1996 building websites when you had to explain what the internet was. In 2017 I got into artificial intelligence, five years before ChatGPT existed and when saying «AI» in a meeting guaranteed odd looks.
