Do you work with businesses in Santiago de Chile?
Yes. Kira is built for your business in Santiago de Chile: your area, your hours, your language and your way of speaking. Set-up, training and support are online, by video call, so it doesn't matter where you are.
Do I have to change my website?
No. Kira connects to the forms you already have and is added as a chat to your current site. It doesn't matter what it's built with: if it sends an email or calls a URL when someone writes, Kira receives it.
Does she answer in the chat or on WhatsApp?
Wherever the visitor prefers. She can carry on in the website chat, move it to WhatsApp so it isn't lost when they close the tab, or reply by email if that's what they left. It's always the same Kira, with the same conversation.
What if it says something silly to a customer?
