Before you think it
Does it quote trips?
It doesn't quote from memory. It collects everything your agent needs, leaves it organised and, when the quote is ready, sends and follows it up. With the connector, it can check availability in your system.
Does it look after travellers while they travel?
Yes, on WhatsApp and at any hour, with the instructions you give it. Anything requiring action (changing a flight, a hotel) it passes to you at once.
What if it says something silly to a customer?
