Before you think it
Do you work with businesses in Malaga?
Yes. Kira is built for your business in Malaga: your area, your hours, your language and your way of speaking. Set-up, training and support are online, by video call; we don't need to visit your premises and you don't need to visit ours.
Does it give legal advice?
No. It collects the facts, the deadlines and the documents, filters by practice area and books. It gives no opinion on the case and promises no outcome: that's what you do in the consultation.
What about professional privilege?
We sign a data processing agreement with you listing the providers involved. Conversations stay in your panel, accessible only to your firm, and are never used to train any model.
What if it says something silly to a customer?
It only answers with what is in your knowledge base — your services, your prices, your way of speaking. What it doesn't know, it asks or hands to a person. And every conversation is in your panel.
Will my customers know they are talking to an AI?
